Once you are registered and approved for the Referral Program, you will receive access to a personalised Affiliate Dashboard. Through the dashboard, you will be able to:

When do I get paid?
For project-based work, referral commissions are paid within 5 business days after Soto Group has received full payment from the referred client. If you refer a client who engages us for ongoing services, such as a monthly retainer, you will receive commission payments monthly for up to six consecutive months. Payments are made efficiently via direct transfer, and all payment records are visible in your referral dashboard.
Is there a minimum payout?
No, there is no minimum payout threshold. Commissions are paid according to the agreed terms, regardless of the size of the project you have referred. Whether it is a small website project or a comprehensive brand strategy engagement, you will receive your commission in full once payment has been received from the client.
Can I update my payment information?
Yes, you can update your payment details securely at any time. Simply log in to your referral dashboard, where you will find an option to amend your payment preferences. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team for assistance if needed. It is important to keep your details current to ensure there are no delays in receiving your earnings.
Do I get a referral link?
Yes. Once your application to the Referral Program is approved, you will be able to find your unique, personalised referral link in the portal. You can use this link across your channels – including email, social media, direct messages, or even within your website content – to introduce Soto Group to your network. This link ensures all referrals are tracked and attributed accurately to you.
How long is my referral link valid?
Your referral link includes a 90-day tracking cookie. This means that if someone clicks your link but does not sign up immediately, you will still receive credit for the referral if they become a client within 90 days. This generous tracking window gives your referrals time to decide, while still ensuring you are rewarded for the introduction.
Can I track my referrals and earnings?
Yes, absolutely. Your affiliate dashboard provides full transparency over your activities. You will be able to track every click, lead, and project conversion associated with your link. You will also see your commission earnings and payout schedule in real time. This allows you to monitor performance and optimise how you promote your link if you wish.
What if my referral is already talking to Soto Group?
If a referral you introduce is already in communication with our team, we may not be able to attribute the referral unless you have made a clear and documented introduction. To avoid any issues, we recommend making a warm introduction by email or phone whenever possible, so there is clear visibility on your role in the connection.
Is there a referral limit?
No, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. You are welcome to refer as many qualified leads as you like. There is no cap on earnings, so the more successful referrals you generate, the greater your potential income from the program.
What if my referral signs up months later?
As long as the referral uses your unique link or you have made a clear introduction that can be confirmed, and they become a client within the 90-day window, you will still be eligible for commission. If significant time has passed, providing supporting information, such as introduction emails, can help validate the referral
Do I need a website?
No, having a website is not required. You can promote your referral link through whichever channels suit you best, including social media platforms, professional networks, direct client conversations, or email outreach. Many of our successful referrers simply use personal introductions to recommend Soto Group services.
Does it cost anything to join?
No, there are no costs involved in joining or participating in the Referral Program. We provide all the resources you need to get started, and there are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or purchase requirements.
Is there a minimum activity requirement?
